Tunnel Washers

Overview

These hydro-spray washers are automatic, with a heavy duty conveyor design that makes it efficient for continuous high volume processing. The washer can be installed freestanding or recessed through one or two walls, and is a floor mounted unit. This washer cleans and dries plastic or metal cages, racked watering bottles, and utensils.

Safety switches are equipped on all service access doors. If the doors are opened during operation of the machine, or they aren’t securely closed, all operation is suspended immediately and the operator screen then displays an alarm message.

The unit can be used in combination with a bedding dispenser or integrated bedding dump station, or just as a standalone washer. If the cap for the self flushing debris strainer is missing, or is installed incorrectly, the operator is notified via an alarm message on the control panel and the machine will not begin operation.
