Cage & Rack Washers

Overview

Standalone, automatic washer that ensures effective, reliable cleaning with high throughput and efficiency. Designed for clean rinsing, detergent solution washing and drying of cages, racked utensils, transport carts and bottles used in the vivarium.

Swing out, manually operated, side hinged doors are standard with the unit. Made of double pane safety tempered glass, the doors provide an unobstructed view of the of the interior chamber, while promoting a convenient and aseptic flow of goods.

Limit switches included at each door, wired to the automatic control system.
Removable floors grate sections are standard to provide a level walking and rolling surface to facilitate loading and unloading of materials, as well as offering drainage to the pump.

Two lamps mounted on top of the unit fully illuminate the chamber.

To prevent loads from contacting the reciprocating spray manifolds, fixed guardrails run the length of the chamber.

Emergency stop buttons with audible and visual alarms are located at all door zones to terminate all processing functions.
